All of the ingredients in our dishes are carefully selected from trusted suppliers, and fresh produce is brought to us daily. We are proud to support local food producers, and we source ingredients from them wherever we can.
Wellocks are a family-run business who search globally for produce which has been grown with love and pride. We have worked closely with Wellocks from the very start – they even took us across to Italy to introduce us to their specialist suppliers of authentic Italian ingredients.
TG Broumpton & Son
All of our pork comes from local award-winning farmer Ian Broumpton, who runs the family business in Brandesburton with his son Daniel.
We use the award-winning Staal Smokehouse in Long Riston for their beautifully smoked salmon, duck, and chicken. The smokehouse is owned and run by Justin Staal, who has a passion for delicious hand-smoked produce; a dependable supplier we are proud to work with.
Our Wagyu beef comes from our own herd, reared on our family farm just two miles from the restaurant.
Yorkshire Dales Meat
We buy meat and poultry from The Yorkshire Dales Meat Company, an award winning supplier who source their produce predominantly from farms and businesses in the Yorkshire Dales.
Continental Quattro Stagioni
CQS are specialist suppliers of Italian food and wine, and we buy our pizza and pasta flour from them, as well as our salami and a range of fabulous Italian wines.
